29 Apr Valegro (Negro) is the new world record holder
In Hagen, today, Valegro (Negro) and rider Charlotte DuJardin have set a new world record in the Grand Prix Special of 88.022%
I was fortunate enough to have watched the round live on the internet – quite a special moment.
If you want to breed the next Valegro then you need to start with the ultimate reliable producer of dressage horses, Negro – available in the UK through Lickley Horses.
In the same class, the Don Frederico son Don Johnson scored 76.578% and finished 4th. Dablino and Anabel Baleknhol (De Niro) was 3rd on 78.244%
Desperados 11 (De Niro) made 81.851% under rider Kristina Sprehe.
Earlier in the show, another Negro son, Validus and Anne Van Olst made their international debut with a very respectable 67.41% in the small tour.
All in all a great boost to our breeding programme stallion selections!
Hubertus Schmidt posted a 68.36% in the Grand Prix on Bukowski who is by the latest addition to our stallion collection Briar.
