Tarava, star prok sport(dr), ranked 36th in the 2011 KWPN rankings for brood mares in dressage and the mother of World Championship reserve Zarava is coming to the UK.
“I am delighted to have finally done a deal for this horse,” said Robert. “We have been trying to buy her since we first saw her – but mares like this are difficult to prise from Holland!”
Tarava is now having a late dash at getting in foal to Lord Leatherdale before joining Diana for the winter.
The Lord Leatherdale x Negro is the one to watch at the moment with no less than 3 horses in the finals of the PAVO cup.
The great thing about them is the movement and trainability. Other lines have either one or the other but very few are managing to combine talent with temperament.
The flexibility such a great mare in the breeding programme gives us is immeasurable.
